The City of Boca Raton is excited to include voluntary employee‐paid benefits offered through Colonial Life and enrolled by U.S. Enrollment Services. City of Boca Raton will set up automatic post‐tax pay‐roll deductions for these benefits which will be effective the first of the month after you enroll.

20 Year Term Life Insurance
How would your family “make ends meet” should your untimely death occur? This plan offers Guaranteed Level premiums for the term period – the rate does not increase. You can also request an Accelerated Death Benefit of 75% of the benefit amount if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness. Spouse and dependent coverage available.
